Paula and Jason Garelick have been the creative and culinary force behind Garelick and Herbs since its inception in 1993. Paula (whose given name is Paola) has a background in merchandising, while Jason despite his degree in business, has always had a passion for all things culinary. Together, their dream was to open an upscale market that would be unique for its quality and service. Today, 17 years, 2 children, 4 dogs, 65 employees, 3 stores and a catering venue later, they still dedicate 6 days a week to fulfilling their dream.
