Gina is the behind the scenes heart and soul of Garelick & Herbs. Ensuring excellent customer service from conception, production to perfect expedition time and time again. Her passion and strong organizational skills keep the wheels in motion.

Meet ALYSSA LICHT RAPKO, manager of our New Canaan store. Alyssa was the catering consultant for Garelick & Herbs Catering before becoming the manager in New Canaan.
Meet EFRAIN BONILLA, manager and chef of our Westport/Saugatuck location. Over the past 13 years, Efrain has been a manager at our original Westport location, in Greenwich, and now at Westport/Saugatuck. Not only does Efrain run the front of the store, he is just as comfortable in the kitchen and loves to cook at work and at home.
Fun fact … Efrain used to box and came in second in the 1988 Golden Gloves in NYC!
Meet MATT PERROTTA, manager of our Southport location. Matt has been a Garelick & Herbs manager for 20 years, starting at our original store in Westport, and now at our flagship store in Southport.
Fun fact … Matt combines his love of cooking and gardening by bottling his own tomato sauce!
Meet LINDSAY WILSON, manager and catering consultant of our Greenwich location. Over the past 6 years, Lindsay has worked as a manager at all four of our Garelick & Herbs locations.
Fun fact … Lindsay hopes to publish a children’s book and a memoir someday!
Meet Chef Freddy, Head Chef at Garelick & Herbs
He spent years working with different cuisines in NY and CT and learned from many excellent chefs. He was the executive Chef at Barcelona Wine Bar.
Freddy loves to cook with fresh seafood using local produce. His necessary ingredients include fresh lime, EVO and wine!
Fun fact about about Freddy? He was invited to participate in a cooking competition and won the “Who’s Got Chops” competition at Barcelona.
He was the winner in under 3 minutes and Top Chef Geoffrey Zakarian wanted his picture with Freddy!
