How do you write a whole paragraph to describe the job Garelick and Herbs did catering our wedding when it only takes one word? That word is “Perfect”. Everything Garelick and Herbs did was simply flawless. 275 people — cocktails on the porch, appetizers by the pool, dinner and dancing under a tent, and brunch the next day (5 hours after our last guest left) — and each aspect of our wedding weekend was done more beautifully than we had even imagined. The food, the linens, the service — right down to coffee and cookies as people we’re picking up their cars — was everything you hope for when you’re planning your wedding. We asked Paula and Jason to help us plan a wedding day that our guests would always remember and that we would always cherish. They did just that down to every last detail. They were caterers, party planners, trusted advisors and friends. If we could do it all over again — we’d do it all over again — the very same way. Our wedding was as special as it was in large part to Garelick and Herbs. We’ll always be grateful.
